In order to allow its users (hereinafter, the « User(s) ») to benefit from the services offered by the website https://neoheater-technology.tech/ (hereinafter, the « Site »), in particular its browsing, proper functioning and the optimization of its use, cookies and other trackers may be placed and/or read on Users’ devices.

The saving of cookies when visiting the Site is carried out according to the choices expressed, or that may be expressed at any time, by Users, in accordance with this policy (hereinafter, the « Policy »).

The Policy is drawn up in application of the following regulations:

  • Article 82 of Law No. 78-17 of 6 January 1978 on Information Technology, Data Files and Civil Liberties;
  • The General Data Protection Regulation (hereinafter, the « GDPR ») 2016/679 of 27 April 2016, in particular Article 7 thereof; and
  • The Recommendation and Guidelines on “cookies and other trackers” issued by the French Data Protection Authority (Commission nationale de l’informatique et des libertés, hereinafter, the « CNIL ») of 17 September 2020.

1.       DEFINITION

A cookie is a small file (less than 4 KB) placed on the User’s device (computer, smartphone, tablet or any other device allowing Internet browsing) when visiting a website (hereinafter, the « Cookie(s) »).

Cookies contain a unique code that allows the party that issued them to recognize the device concerned each time the Site is visited.

The purpose of Cookies is to provide Users with more efficient and faster browsing by collecting information relating to their browsing on the Site and by providing them with personalized services. Their main objectives are:
