Printing
Based on ADDEV Materials expertise, ADDEVTech offer efficient solution for printing. Screen-printed can be achieved for low volume using Sheet-to-Sheet screen-printer and larger volume can be printed through Roll-to-Roll processes
Encapsulation

Lamination
An adhesive solution can be added at the back side of the heater to facilitate the implementation of the heater on the final position.
Cutting
At ADDEV Materials we are experts in converting flexible substrates and we use that expertise to shape the heaters to your requirements. Different converting technologies are available either in a S2S or R2R.
Electrical wiring
The electrical wiring is essential to produce efficient and safe heater. ADDEV Materials fullfill this issue by using several solutions including soldering or crimping. These solutions are suitable for high electrical input, temperature resistance and mechanical issues.
