NEO-CH
Transparent HF range works by using transparent conductive materials, with both optical and electrical properties, to generate heat when an electric current passes through them.
They can use the MESH technology (Metal Mesh).
These films are commonly used in applications such as heated windows, heated touchscreens, or certain display technologies.
NEO-CH Heated films based on metal mesh (often made of silver or copper) use a network of thin metallic wires arranged in a mesh pattern.
Principles
The metal mesh consists of fine conductive wires arranged in a grid. This mesh can be quite transparent because the metal wires are thin and spaced out in a way that does not significantly block light. Like ITO, metal mesh is conductive but is typically more robust and can be less expensive than ITO. The optical transparency can reach up to 89% and are also limited in allowed current for heating applications.
Applications
Metal mesh is commonly used for heated windows, heating rearviewand in applications that require localized or flexible heating, such as in vehicles or displays, like decing or defrogging
