Principles

NEO-RS range uses flexible polyimide film, an ultra-thin, lightweight esubstrate for high thermal applications.

Conductive Side (Black Matte Surface)

-1 mil 100 ohm/sq. Electrical leads can be attached to bus bars.

Dielectric Side (Shiny Smooth Surface)

-1 mil 10E17ohm/sq.and> 2500V breakdown.

Main advantages

Powerful and resistant

Designed to withstand all circumstances, our solution can be used in extreme conditions ranging from -270°C to 240°C, even when perforated or damaged.

Fast and even

The printed lines enable the current to go through and allow a quick heating up and an homogeneous heating on the entire surface covered, with the targeted temperature reached in less than 1 min.
