NEO-TRACK

NEO-Track range is specific conductive tracks on various substrate to provide heating effect regatding a specific design. To achieve these performances, NEO-Track can use either ink (Track-I) or etched technology (Track-E).
Temperature regulation could be done by using sensors (optional).

NEO-TRACK-I

Principles

INK technology involves thin films printed with a conductive or resistive ink that generates heat when current passes through.

A thin film is printed with a special ink that can conduct electricity. This ink typically contains conductive particles (such as silver, copper, carbon, etc.) that allow electricity to flow through the film. When the film is powered, the resistance of the conductive ink generates heat due to the Joule effect, which is the main dissipation  energy principle as heat in a conductor.

Main advantages

  • Simple & fast  to implement, providing direct heating due to the material’s resistance. It’s ideal for quick and direct heating applications.

  • Suitable with various substrates : PET, PEN, PI, PC, glass

Applications

  • NeoTrack-I with INK technology could be used for applications like heated windows, seat heaters, and automotive heating systems

NEO-TRACK-E

Principles

Like NeoTrack-I based on a screen-printed  conductive ink, NeoTrack is based on a conductive track to provide heating effect. NeoTrack-E uses alternative technology to realize the heater design, based on Etched technology or spray deposition.

The Etching consists of removing from a conductive coating specific area to obtain the final product. This technology is widely used in electronics to produce electronical components and electronic cardboard.

Main advantages

  • Simple & fast  to implement, providing direct heating due to the material’s resistance. It’s ideal for quick and direct heating applications.
  • Suitable with various substrates : PET, PEN, PI, PC, glass
  • Possibility of higher power density

Applications

  • NeoTrack-E could be in applications where stable thermal regulation is crucial, such as in heated clothing, buildings, or vehicle comfort systems. It’s well-suited for applications where gradual, intelligent thermal management is required.
